Trichogenic effect of low level laser therapy combined with platelet-rich plasma for the management of androgenetic alopecia

Background: (AGA) is a very common hair disorder in men, Topical minoxidil and more recently low-level light therapy Platelet-rich plasma have been used the management of (AGA). Objectives: To assess Trichogenic effect LLLT combined with PRP AGA. Patients methods: Forty seven patients AGAwere subjected to plus LLLT, affected area all were treated for three months then follow up another months. Efficacy was evaluated using global photography, folliscopic pictures analysis, answers standardized growth questions score patient Gratification. Results: There statistically significant improvement diameter, vellus hair, terminal density after treatment although these improvements decreased at month stoppage but still better than baseline. Conclusion combination could be good modality
